Portfolio Mining and Analysis
In conjunction with technology experts, we review the client's IA portfolio to find potentially lucrative patented technologies for sale, licensing, donation or other monetization instruments. We also assist in developing the business case, identifying licensee/buyer candidates, and coordinating the licensing/sales negotiations with client legal counsel and with our own licensing experts.
